Changes to actors

Due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to change the main actor Kayleigh so because of this it has made our filming take slightly longer because I am now main actor.

'Latch Video'

This is the music video we are basing ours upon. In this video they are at a party whereas ours is just day to day life but we still have the same concept as the original.

Costumes

As the person in charge of costumes and setting I have decided with consent from the group that the main boy actor (rhyce) will be dressed casual, jeans, normal top with trainers and a jacket/coat.
I chose this look for Rhyce as it is his usual day to day look so he would feel natural in it and it suits the role he is playing.

For the main girl (kayleigh) she is also going to be dressed casual in jeans/leggings with normal top and dolly shoes/converse. Again this is the usual day to day look Kayleigh goes for so she will also feel comfortable in it and it suits the role well.

Meeting for the week

Today as a group we decided to start filming the actual scenes for our music video, we are going to start off in the entry that we did our draft filming in and go on from there. We are missing our main girl this week due to illness so unfortunately we can't start filming her scenes.

Draft recording

Here are some videos of our draft recording in an entry, the entry is suitable because the main boy is sad and depressed so a dark lonely alley way suits the atmosphere.

Meeting for the week

This week we have taken pictures of some locations we will be using to help us plan were we will film and what part of the 'story' fits there. (photos to follow)
Also we started draft filming in one location with the main boy to see what lighting there is, how much space we have and also angles we can use.
Lastly we hope to start filming by the end of this week, start of next week in order to finish for our deadline.

Half term

Last week we were off for half term, within this time we had already taken pictures of one location (the train station) on our camera but due to everyones work commitments and timing we unfortunately couldn't start filming so in these next 6 weeks left we are going to hopefully start and finish the filming.
